Chairman of the Board
Loay is the Chairman of Nazer, a diversified family enterprise with a strategic focus on launching and investing in businesses across multiple sectors, with a particular emphasis on healthcare.
Appointed by the Council of Ministers, Eng. Nazer served on the board of the Cooperative Council for Health Insurance (CCHI) in 2007 and 2010, representing the private sector in the development of Saudi Arabia’s health insurance regulatory framework. He played a key role in negotiating with government stakeholders to advance the insurance industry and promote public-private collaboration.
Furthering his engagement in the healthcare sector, he was appointed in 2016 as Chairman of the Advisory Board of King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah, a flagship healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. He later assumed chairmanship of the Advisory Board for the Makkah Cluster, overseeing a network of 10 hospitals and more than 80 outpatient clinics operated by the Ministry of Health.
In the field of sports administration, Eng. Nazer was appointed Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Judo Federation in 2013 by the President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee. He was later elected to the board of the Saudi Olympic Committee, where he served as Vice Chairman. In 2018, Eng. Nazer expanded his leadership to sports management by becoming Chairman of the board of Al-Ittihad Football Club, one of the most prominent football clubs in the region.
On the international stage, Eng. Nazer served as Chairman of the International Board of Directors of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in 2006. YPO is a global network of over 16,000 Chairpersons and CEOs under the age of 50.
Eng. Nazer is widely regarded for his thought leadership in globalization, ethical leadership, and values-based decision-making. His insights have been featured in international media, including CNN’s Business Today, MSNBC Europe’s Gateway to the Middle East, and the Saudi television program Bridges, where he was the featured guest in discussions aimed at fostering understanding between Saudi Arabia and the West.
Eng. Nazer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In recognition of his leadership and contributions to industry and society, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters by Goodwin College, Connecticut.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in growing the hospital network and expanding key partnerships with top-tier healthcare providers across Saudi Arabia while focusing on managing the medical cost.
In 2015, he transitioned as core member to lead My Clinic as Managing Director, the healthcare provision arm of Nazer. During his tenure, Fehr positioned My Clinic as a nationally recognized leader in multispecialty outpatient care. Fehr’s journey is marked by deep commitment to advancing the healthcare systems in Saudi Arabia through innovation, operational excellence, patient journey, talent development and bringing in some of the best Saudi doctors on board.
Fehr took his bachelor’s degree in business administration and organizational studies from Pitzer College, US.

Modar is also the Chairman of Mowreq Specialized Agriculture and Vertical Farming Company, where he leads groundbreaking initiatives in sustainable agriculture.
His professional journey spans both the public and private sectors. He began his career in finance as Assistant Vice President of the Corporate Banking Group of a leading bank in Saudi. He later served as General Manager – Western Region at Nawah Healthcare, a subsidiary of Nazer . More recently, Modar has advised government initiatives as a Projects Advisor at PwC and worked with the Center for Strategy & Development (CSD), the first think tank in Saudi Arabia established by Royal Decree.
Modar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Columbia University in New York City, where he remains actively involved as a member of the Alumni Representative Committee (ARC) contributing to the university’s admissions process by interviewing prospective students. He also holds an MBA from London Business School.

Hisham is a hospitality executive and former public policy consultant with a cross-sector background spanning advisory, operations, and strategic execution. He currently leads a new venture which is rooted in hospitality and culinary innovation and previously served as Managing Director of an F&B company, overseeing large-scale restaurant activations and cultural events across Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in his career, Hisham was a consultant at Elixir (a McKinsey company), where he advised on national policy, communication strategy, and fiscal reform.
Hisham holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA and brings a multidisciplinary lens to investment and governance across hospitality, F&B, and public-private initiatives.

Rami is academically distinguished, holding an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Board of Accountancy of Alaska, USA, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants in New Jersey, USA. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
